Steak and Mushroom Rice

There's rice and mushrooms under there somewhere.

First time making steak sous vide and absolutely loving it.

Ran out of plate so there's two lines of steak.

How did you make the sauce?

Don't recall exactly but it was something along the lines of reducing the juice left over from the steaks and adding in garlic butter and pepper.

It looks like a great dish :-)
