Hi,
I just got my first batch of activa and are now looking for stuff to do with it.
One thing i was wondering is can i use it to glue cured meat to other proteins?
I know some people have used it with bacon, but what about say parma ham?
Also i could think of quite a few things i'd like to glue chorizo to, any experience with that?
I know i could just try it, but i figured if someone else already has, that would save me some time and may be disapointment so thanks for your input.
