Apple Cider and Moscato

I dont drink very offen, but tonight I feel like drinking sweet wine. I just needed to delete what was left in the cider bottle, first. :-)✌️
Unfortunately we inhaled the meat
in light speed, before we could have taken a foto, it was gone. I will make meat like this again, when there is not enough time for sous vide. We really enjoyed it, cause it was melting
and tasty. And it smelled so good, too, even though there was no maillard reaction involved :-D
