

One of those improvisational simple weeknight dinners that is worth repeating. Tofu and the fried cornmeal flavors were a great combination. Great texture play with the coarse medium-cooked cornmeal on the tofu. Simply cut firm tofu, coat with medium coarse cornmeal, and bake out in olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. I served it with green beans, tomato, onion, garlic and seasoned with harissa paste and sea salt.
