Hello guys,

If you guys all agree with me that we really need chef steps to post their best version of Deep Fried Calamari then like this post and write to them about this.

Every great restaurant has their own version of crispy calamari but I honestly never tasted any calamari that takes my breath away. It is a simple dish but very hard to make it right. The crust has to be crunchy and stay crunchy, the calamari has to still be moist, and the dipping sauce has to be just the right amount of tart...

Do you have your own recipe you'd like to share? Where did you have the best fried calamari of your life?
