Pot de Creme Jar Size

Hello all,

Making the pot de creme tomorrow. Don't have the small jars. Just the normal large ones (12.5 oz?). How is my cooking time in the water bath going to be affected by these larger serving sizes? Only doing two and that second one will probably not be filled all of the way.

I don't know if this will help you or not, but when I made the creme brulee I didn't have the small jars so I sealed it in a bag and used the same timing. After I took it out I immediately cut a corner off and put the custard in individual ramekins, covered with cling film and in to the fridge. They set up perfectly.
