So lets give this a shot. Linked below is an editable google docs spreadsheet so we can crowdsource the poached egg yolk testing. I filled in a few example poaching mediums and feel free to add any desired columns/variables I missed. One thing I do suggest is putting your name in the notes section so we can refer to specific individuals with questions about certain tests and so we can decipher between duplicate tests. I'm tagging this post with CSE (crowdsourcing experiment) so if this continues as a trend we can easily search for the threads by that tag.
