I'm a total beginner with sous vide I would like to cook a marinated piece of pork loin which weighs 665 grams I would like it medium plus what temperature and for how long should I cook it in sous vide. hope you can help best regards Peter

Hi Peter, is this a pc of loin or tenderloin? If tenderloin it will take about an 1hr 20 minutes to cook SV. A pc of loin will be much thicker and require probably 2hrs. Medium plus is about 65-66C. Do yourself a favor and experiment, cut it into two pcs and cook one at 65-66C and try the other at about 60C. The 60C should be pale pink (and ABSOLUTELY safe to eat), the texture will be completely different and you may like it a lot better. Remember NO SALT in the bag. Salt it when you sear it afterwards.
