Pork and pudding

Pictures from our last dinner menu.

Main: Porkloin, belly and paper, potato mash and cube, butternutpuree, mustard microgreens, hollondaise. We served a jus and two different homemade mustards (burnt apple and garlic-gin) à part.

Dessert: Sourcream icecream, tangarine gel, grilled white chocolate crumble, brownie, lemonsalt, tarragon

and btw. our equipment is starting to get seriously rad...

haha yes, but for a emty conferenceroom that was just used for a kitchen for a 6 course dinner its not too bad...
