I recall someone asking if you can sear avocado. It's quite easy and I prefer to chill in the freezer just to make it easier to work with.
From there, use it on whatever you think may work. This morning I used it to top an egg white omelette that was filled with veggies sauteed in chilli butter. served with a side of more veggies, apple bacon, parmesan cheese and drizzled with some of the chilli oil. :-)
