Fired up the Meadow Creek and the Primo XL for a meat feast. Brisket, beef tongue, ribs, pulled pork, burnt ends. I love smoking meat probably more than any other type of cooking.

This was for a paid gig. A family reunion. I provided all the meat and they did their own thing with the sides. I love my job!!!
