Click on the "Scale Recipe" button above the ingredients list and change the units from grams to ounces.

Alma, remember that those ounces are weight NOT volume ounces.

How about cups and tablespoon, teaspoons? I thought this was a great idea for the lowly American cook who learned to cook with a measuring cup and teaspoons, not a food scale and the conversion chart! Help
