Fair question. theres some mayo mixed in with the whites, so it's technically already 4 times egg. Adding Hollandaise would make it Egg^5 basically. I wonder how for you could take it, before it get's stupid...

Haha... I was just kidding. It looks like a great dish as is. I think Dave said they got up to something like 6 different eggs before stopping. You'd tie that if you added a lake of hollandaise and topped everything with a bit of grated bottarga or something. That's borderline stupid. Maybe put a raw quail yolk on top of the fish eggs. That's seven. You know what? That still sounds delicious to me...

I could see myself serving that on top of a rolled out sheet of cured eggyolk. Maybe garnisch with some actual imperial caviar for color. add raw quails egg yolk and you have 7 again. it's a bit showy, but i think it might work
