Valentine dinner. Missed a couple of shots. Infused tomato core (with a sherry, cheese and walnut mixture) with crispy proscuitto. And a cryo/nitro-poached margarita. Local chef loved Dewy (had heard but never worked with N2) so we also poached some berries etc. Savory granola tasted great but my feeble effort at using foil as molds.....sucked. So it fell apart. Was going for traditional granola bar look.
