Ivan Orkin’s Double Soup recipe, half Iberico pork fat, half duck fat, katsobushi salt, shio tare, rye noodles, oyster shiitake chanterelle mushrooms, pickled cucumber, radish, spring onion, soft egg......think that’s it.
