I made a spinach-artichoke dip over the weekend and had some filling left. I decided to make puff pastry with some of my homemade butter. I cleaned out the fridge and had little bits of this and that left over. Not enough of any one thing to do anything with so I got creative. I added the following:
spinach
artichokes
slow roasted tomatoes with balsamic
water chestnuts
roasted red peppers
parmesan
provolone
pureed cannellini beans
mushrooms
shallots
red pepper flakes
This was soooo good
