Mandolined Fennel and Radish (crisped in ice water for 10 min, then drained and dried); segmented Navel orange (juice reserved), Pomegranates (juice reserved); Pickled Red Onion; Citrus Vinaigrette; Parsley and Fennel Fronds.
Wish I'd toasted some pine/almond/hazelnuts..oh well! Super bright and crunchy and it kept the Scurvy at bay. The mandoline is my favorite kitchen gadget.
