Not so clear Everclear

So in the written version of the cherry cola recipe it says to use 300 grams of Everclear. But the video says 100 grams of Everclear. So which is it? Thanks,

Watched the video and it looks like the 500ml beaker is filled past the 350ml mark. Assuming the Everclear is the 95% ABV version that would be around 0.8g/ml or around 375ml. The 300g should be the correct amount.
