ideas for pear and chocolate crumble please..

Hi guys I really need some ideas for a pear and chocolate crumble. if someone have the experience with it... please share. Highly appreciated . Thanks Tania

Do you want to make both "crumble" as in dirt? If so, crystalize the chocolate and allow to cool. For the pears, I would recommend cooking them (e.g. see CS red wine pears), dehydrate, then crumble. Combine as you like.
