I'm looking for a recipe to prepare chocolate volcanic stones, here is a video I found. But no recipe on it

I had some problems with chocolate in the ISI Whipper and the results were horrible.

Thia would appear to work with any chocolate/oil - like combination. A few of here have aerated it and it's not difficult. The chocolate can be left to sent in the vacuum or placed in the freezer (if done in a container and cut to shape.
