Im trying to find lamb belly and I live in the Maryland/ DC area. Anyone know a butcher shop that may sell it?

Try giving the organic butcher in McLean a call they've always been good about sourcing things for me when I lived up there

In DC, you could try is Harvey's Market at Union Market. I've seen lamb belly in their case a few times. In Silver Spring, MD you could try Urban Butcher. The butcher, Matt, is very helpful. They do whole animal butchery there and usually use lamb belly to make lamb bacon. They may set some aside for you if you give them a call.
