Steamed Hamburguesa

I have been playing around with steamed burgers and steamed cheese. The results were fantastic. I topped it off with some of those little kumato brown tomatoes and some pickled kale w. red onions.

Oh man, steamed burgers take me back to my childhood. The dinosaurs loved them too.
