There is a reason the stereotypical Italian grandmother has forearms that put lumber jacks to shame - it takes effort to hand extrude pasta.
The recipe, bigoli, is from Flour + Water. The finished meal is pancetta and Lima beams in a quick tomato sauce (red onion, garlic, anchovy, tomato paste, chilli) garnished with parm cheese.
