Honey Glazed Ham
Kersten_Rienow_115738
Hello chefsteps team,
want kind of sauce did you add at the end? Recipe?
Anyway, nice take on, of my German Eisbein, which we just boil and roast to crispy the skin. Mashed Potatoes, Sauerkraut and 1000 cal. will make it a savory dish ;-)

It's the reduced bag juices

I don't think so. The reduced bag juices are added as a glaze onto the ham before the last baking stage. The final sauce – that is, the plated sauce – looks like some kind of mustard sauce. It's yellow anyway....

Looks like Carolina Gold to me.

I too would love to know what that light colored (maybe mustard?) sauce was added at the end in a few of the plating variations.
