What a great idea! Lots of possibilities for the "bread/croute/cracker" element.

playing around for a cocoa themed dinner....

Pretty good as is, but any thoughts on reducing sweetness? Replacement of powdered sugar?

I grind to powder cocoa nibs, in a recipe that calls for 165grams of powdered sugar I will replace 10-20 grams with powdered nibs.
