Hello I am Paul, from Romania.
I have a question, if anyone knows if tapioca maltodextrin has the same properties as maltodextrin from corn. Can one be swapt with the other with the same results?
Thanks!

No it doesn't. Not even all tapioca maltodextrin products can substitute for N-Zorbit when making powdered fats. N-Zorbit is specially processed to make it work for that particular purpose.

Ok so it has to be N Zorbit for the powders. Ok thank you very much Brandon. Have a nice day.
