What was your preparation on the corned beef and the cooking time and temp? Looks amazing!

Absolutely none. I unbagged a store bought corned beef package, rebagged it in a sous vide bag and sealed it with the brine (it should be an equilibrium brine), 72h at 54C, took it out, chilled let it set for a little bit, trimmed the extra fat and torched it.
