Humus, cherry tomatoes filled with garlic puree some olive oil. I added 30g roasted sesame seed powder to it what made the taste noteworthy.

Black or white sesame seeds?

White seeds, roasted at high themp. in a nonstick pan, worked in a granite mortar and then fin sieved to get the powder. Depending on how long you let it roast the powder is not only in color similar to coffee. The seeds oil accounts for those similarity in flavor and taste. Gives the humus a defined, underlying taste of roast, 280 g humus / 25g roasted powder.
