For my friend's birthday (who loves plants). I decided to surprise her and created a dessert revolving around chocolate.

Inside the pots is a chocolate truffle mousse topped with some "chocolate soil" roasted with orange wood. I also put some popping candy in the soil to give it an extra dimension. Mint leaves adorn the top giving it the appearance of a plant.
The mist was scented rose water and gave this wondrous rosy aroma around the room.
There was a plate (hidden by the fog) which had chocolate ganache, white chocolate ganache and a meringue crumble.
