Sloppy plating, but the flavors still excellent. This freezes and reheats well.........great to have on hand for last minute meals.

Hi Jack, have done the fish and chips, the hamburger (which to me was the biggest surprise on how much of a difference the cut and technique makes), the roast chicken (but now do it more like CS-searing in a pan isn't that efficient for me-but concepts are the same....wonder ehy ;-)..)and the chilli. For me, the chilli is my favorite and it also freezes well (just sourcing some of the chilli powders were a challenge). Enjoy and look forward to seeing your ISOP work! It's a delicious riot!

Hi Todd, I just got the ISOP book from Amazon (used) for cheap! Can't wait to try this. Glad to hear that it freezes well; I'll make a big batch. Also, your plating is far better than mine ... I like the idea of the linear pasta and sauce on the round plate/bowl (I'm pretty sure I have the same or very similar bowls). All the best!

There's no "clean" way to plate spaghetti as far as I'm concerned. No clean way to eat it either... We know what we're getting into
