This is the measurement for an ice cream base that would go into an soft serve machine from Chris, if I wanted to make this dairy free, what could I use that would still provide the fat content?

a combination of coconut milk and coconut cream would work. you can combine small chunks of dark chocolate with pomegranate seeds. it is delicious.
