Does anyone have a good pan de cristal recipe they'd like to share?

I've never personally made it but from what I can see it looks like a high hydration dough like a ciabatta that is left to ferment after shaping to build those big bubbles and then baked quickly like they do in this recipe (it's in spanish though)

Good thing I'm fluent in food Spanish after reading the 'Tickets' cookbook in Castellano.

And by 'fluent' and 'reading', I do not mean them in the dictionary sense. Okay...... you caught me........ I can't speak Spanish.
