I like the flavor „Clock“; concerning the argument of the basil carbon footprint I’m afraid he pulls the bridle on the horse from its backside.  The Carbon footprint of all herbs and ingredients combined in the proposed recipe excides the one of basil by fare.   

But interesting anyway
