It's been a long, miserable winter and I've been loving all the ramen action here on CS. Now that it's finally (FINALLY) spring here in DC, a hot bowl of soup just doesn't appeal to me like it used to. What to do with all those frozen ramen noodles?
Cold Ramen
Cook and ice shock ramen noodles from the Japanese grocery
Toss with sesame/soy/miso/ginger dressing
Top with radish, cucumber, scallions, CS pork belly, SV egg, thai chilis in fish sauce and yuzu/togarashi flakes.
