Bought some products from an online purveyor of Cajun goodness, including some long-grain Louisiana rice. It did not cook up as expected, and the texture was sorta mealy and unappealing. But this was made for a potluck at work, and I really just enjoyed all my co-workers coming up to me and asking, "Is there really alligator and boar in this???"
