Hi everyone

, i had this dinner menu on tuesday evening. I made menu and recipies myself and the result from the guests was pretty awesome

, but i need some comments from you guys :P. Okay here we go.
Starter: Sous vide octopus, potatoe salad, cream from green salad and pine seeds, apple balsamic reduction, tomatoe confit(half dehydrated tomato in olive oil), dill, different kinds of salad and microgreens

Main dish: Fish sausage from seabass, fennel purre with vanilla, fennel crumbs, ravioli with spinach and wild garlic based on beschamel, scampi biscue, velute fish foam, sauted asparagus and a tail from scamp, young chives.
Dessert: Olive oil cake(CS), truffle ice cream, fresh truffles, whole figs cooked with spices in white vine(Malvazija), couli from figs, dark chocolate powder and mint
