New front page for the forums and lots of new categories

As you can see, the front page of the forum is now broken down into some hierarchical categories. Many of them are brand new. We'd love it if you fine folks that are our early adopters would set the tone for new visitors by populating your new questions into the right places, and let us know if you think any new categories are needed.

Since we have an "advanced cooking topics", can we have a "basic cooking topics" or something like "beginning sous vide" to answer more basic questions. Maybe it will help transition newer folks to read some simple stuff and be less intimidating.
