Hi All,

Recipe looks fantastic but I have problem with Setp no 3.

There is any other method to do STEP 3 without pressure cooker ?

I'd like to do this cake but unfortunately I have no pressure cooker so far

Any advice ?

You can absolutely make it without a pressure cooker. The flavor and color will not be as deep however. I would try to but even a cheap pressure cooker from amazon or Bed Bath and Beyond though. They get as cheap as 20$ for aluminum ones form B,B&B.

I do not have neither... so i tried using a pot... longer time... till the carrots are soft and infused... but the color is not so nice... jejejeje
