Ricotta Parfait

I made some ricotta and mixed it with a bit of plain yogurt. I sweetened the bottom of the bowl with agave and decorated with blue berries and the last of the dried strawberry powder. This was refreshingly light and tasty.

Looks really nice even though the black spot are visually  overwhelming over all the great risotto, but I know…, once you get blueberries …. ! 

Nice arrangement anyway!
