Chicken Tortilla risotto.......Stock to soup strained and used as risotto base fished with corn butter. For desert didn't have anything prepared, so I reached to the freezer for some CS - Rich as (color metaphor) bsicuits and turned on the oven and ended up with a Strawberry shortcake with maple vanilla whipped cream.
