Gnocchi

Not the pasta master yet that some of you are but I can hold my own. Ricotta gnocchi with a watercress pesto cream sauce, spring peas, and parm.

Looks great. Recipe?

For the gnocchi I use:
8 oz pressed ricotta (press out moisture between paper towels. Weigh out 9-10 oz cause you'll lose some weight pressing)
4 oz ap flour
1 oz grated parm
1 egg plus 1 yolk
Pinch of salt
No recipe but Pesto is 1 large bunch of watercress, skinned almonds, lemon zest, lemon juice, parm, salt, garlic, olive oil.
For the cream sauce I combined two spoonfuls of pesto with about 2 tbl of butter, 1/2 cup or so cream, and pasta water.

This is (or looks really similar) to Kenji Alt's recipe for quick ricotta gnocchi on Serious Eats. The recipe is amazing. If it is indeed his recipe, I think it is important to give credit where credit is due!
