When my wife said this was one of the best dishes I had ever made I was shocked until I tasted it. 25 minutes at 425F for the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes (simply tossed in olive oil). Naan baked at 400F until just starting to get crisp. assembled and sprinkled with crumbled feta, crumbled blu cheese and basil. WAIT to salt until complete because my feta was pretty salty. Finished with coarse himalayan pink salt.....
