Leg of lamb glazed with Sriracha and maple, coriander and oregano couscous, roasted paprika and garlic, rice vinegar and olive oil, lemon. Simple salad with coriander, garlic and granulated onions salt, pepper, French thyme and some oregano, extra virgin oil, Himalayan salt, pepper and champagne vinegar. Sauce is yoghurt, salt, champagne vinegar, Tabasco, sriracha and ketchup.
