Quesadillas - just an excuse to make Guacamole

Guacamole Recipe:

2 avacadoes

5 cloves garlic minced

1/2 red onion fine dice

2 red jalapeños fine dice

1 Habanero chili fine dice

2 tbsp chopped tomatoes (try smoke sun-dried)

1 tbsp cilantro

2 tsp lime juice

1/2 tsp smoked sea salt
