Pig SV, with some butter sautéed Potatoes, carrots, pan fried charlottes nad baby curly flower. Sauce Dijon mustard with some butter, peppered egg yolk and a squeeze lemon juice.
First dinner I made after moving to SF. SV was a bit difficult using the “finger thermometer” on the gas stove but it worked fairly well. Since voltage and sockets are different from those I had in Germany I left most of the electrical hardware back there. The shopping list is certainly adding.
Finding good products prove to be a real hunt but I was aware of it in the beginning.
