As I try to make the recipe I go through the ingredients I just wonder what you guys use as sweetener cuz I didn't see any kind of sugar or honey

They set the recipe up that way so you could control the amount of sweet you preferred. I use brown sugar and start at 75 g and adjust till I get it the way I like it.
