Cracked wheat stuffed peppers

One of the most common foods in Greece is "gemista" Greek "γεμιστά" means stuffed. Normally you will find bell peppers stuffed with rice, herbs etc. This recipe is different, we are using cracked wheat which gives sweeter taste and nice texture.
