I basically went with Thomas Keller's 7 egg pasta dough recipe and folded in puréed beets. Tossed it in a beet cream sauce and I rolled it with a manual machine and cut by hand. Thanks, cheers!

Nice, I'm thinking of doing some black garlic flavored pasta. Did you use the chefsteps base recipe and added beet purée/juice? And also, did you do it with a pasta extruder or roller? Cheers!
