Old Bay is on my grocery list, I'm out. I'll add that to the Wondra dredge. I'm gonna go get a couple more crabs SOON!

This is going to sound odd but I like to give them a spray with some liquid aminos or apple cider vinegar. Then I will dust them old bay and flour before hitting the oil.

I'm about to put some soft shells into the pan ... Love em! The corn and avocado looks great too. How did you do the crabs? Seasoned Wondra flour dredge for me and some browned butter with lemon juice ...
