Hey everyone!
I have been making huge amounts of meringue cookies lately. And I have a huge storage problem with them. I live in a very humid climate, therefore my crispy meringues get sticky very fast....Anyone knows any method of storing them that might work?
Is there any food safe equipment of thing I could put in my glass showcase that could catch extra moisture?
I know you can put them in boxes, but I would like to sell them per piece and have them nicely displayed without a box. Any advice?
